REFORCE is an adrenaline-pumping first-person action game set in a brutalist arena. You wield a mechanical arm with two potent abilities - a devastating energy blast and versatile telekinesis. Take on the colossal enemy at the arena's core and overcome this thrilling challenge. Only by mastering the combination of combat and parkour can you emerge victorious.

What I Worked On
As the team’s system designer and main programmer, I implemented and balanced the game logic, most notably the player movement, abilities and the enemy’s combat behavior. I also contributed as a technical artist by working on shaders and post-processing effects.
As this was my first time developing a full game with Unreal Engine, I was glad how smoothly the transition from writing code to programming with Blueprints went. After a few days, visual coding already felt natural, and I could comfortably implement what we needed.
